about

This sound art is a sound representation of the inside of my own brain, which is developmentally disabled.

There is always noise running through my head, and when words enter my ears, the noise in my brain causes them to lose their meaning and existence as words, as if they were glitched or shredded. The words are torn apart in the brain. Sometimes the words are played back in a slow, transposed, undulating fashion, and sometimes the words themselves lose their coherence in the brain.

The noise and swells come suddenly from all over the brain, back and forth, left and right, up and down, and when you try to listen to someone's words, the noise and swells interfere with your ability to understand the words being spoken. I can't process the words in my head to understand what is being said.

My brain is working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and I get very tired because I am constantly thinking. However, when I listen to music or melodies, there is no noise in my brain. I feel that this is when my brain is at ease and active.

I wish more people around the world would take up developmental disabilities. Please help more artists like me who are suffering from the same disabilities and those who are unable to adapt to society due to developmental disabilities.

We are very pure and we are very skilled in the field of art.
However, I am only able to create sounds.
In society, people with developmental disabilities are treated differently from normal people.

There is a lack of understanding.

The more invisible our disabilities are, the more we need to be understood.

That's what I'm hoping for.
